I require assistance. I own a computer system consisting of a 2080 Ti graphics card, an Intel i9 processor, 32 GB of RAM, and an Asus Z390-E motherboard with two M.2 slots and a 3TB SSD – providing ample storage. However, recently my PC has experienced significant performance degradation. I’ve attempted several troubleshooting steps: I completely removed all files, performed a fresh Windows installation, erased the data from the M.2 drives, and updated the BIOS to its most recent version. Despite these efforts, boot times remain excessively long and game loading speeds are still slow. Could someone please offer guidance?

Do you need a CPU heatsink?
Enclosure?
What is the manufacturer and specific model of your power supply unit?
Please share the result from https://www.userbenchmark.com/ (ensure you close the browser window before executing the test) and post the live link to the data.

Away from residence currently, but will address that upon arrival, and the CPU cooler is an All-in-One (AIO): Corsair Hydro H100 with a 240mm size. The case is Lian Li PC-011.

I don’t observe any unusual findings within those results… aside from the second M.2 drive failing to appear.

Did I acquire a defective unit? Does the device manager identify it?

If I’m going to restart completely, I’m utterly bewildered about where to begin.

After each Windows reinstallation, you’ll also need to update the motherboard drivers.

Can you provide the make and model of your power supply unit?

List all third-party applications being installed on the computer.

Examine the Task Manager for any processes consuming excessive resources in the background.
