I have not installed any software or third-party applications since my system reset. I’ve also checked the task manager, and there are no processes consuming a large amount of CPU resources. My power supply is an EVGA 1000W.

There’s absolutely no software or hardware present, and it remains sluggish. I recently installed Steam to gauge the loading time for Rainbow Six Siege, which requires 45 seconds to initiate.
