Hello everyone. I'm really confused about what I'm doing here. I accidentally removed the registry keys without reading them, and now my laptop is showing a blue screen and can't fix itself. It's a Lenovo machine running Windows 10. Can anyone assist me? I need help restoring it without a full reinstall. I've tried recovery tools before they keep giving errors. Should I boot into safe mode instead? Are there any other options to resolve this issue? Please help me out.

This problem occurred recently, just under a week ago, when my Ubuntu installation became damaged. While attempting to repair it, I accidentally altered my Windows registry. The only way forward was performing a full factory reset because I lacked up-to-date restore points (the entire C drive was corrupted).

Perform a system restore to revert your setup before making changes to the registry. Personal files remain untouched.

Is your setup unique compared to others? The question is whether you can run your system in safe mode.
