I don’t notice lowerfilter or upperfilter there, but that shouldn’t matter if the key is relevant. However, you see entries like {4d36e96 7 -e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}, so perhaps you meant something else. For reg3.reg—LowerFilters is a string with EhStorClass and UpperFilters is a string with partmgr. If you remove just these, it might work.
