Maybe your USB connections aren't working right. Try using a different port, like USB 2 instead of USB 3.

btw... if the usb 2 port functions, you're mainly going to need to update the drivers for usb 3 and the firmware.

It was connected via a USB 2.0 port, but changing to another USB 2.0 port didn't resolve the issue.

In the devices under control panel, the controller appears as a list of connected devices. In the device manager, it shows up with details about its status and settings.
