It seems 3070 works well with a 650-watt power supply. However, based on past experiences, it's wise to have extra capacity for potential upgrades like the 3080 or a more demanding component later.

A solid 550w model works well. Recommendations often exceed actual needs. Let the ampere kick in and verify the power draw, but generally a 550w should suffice for a decent unit. We don’t have the exact consumption numbers yet—just wait and see.
