Same for me too, but at 30fps—I haven’t tried changing the .ini file. I’m about an hour into the story and have more time from just driving around. I’m thinking about skipping further play since they might be making optimizations or graphical upgrades (like rain effects). I’d prefer the best experience possible, but if that doesn’t happen I can still enjoy it as is. Disappointing that so many people are struggling; it feels like an average game for me.
