Even though it's DDR4, having 128GB of RAM is perfectly fine. You definitely don't need too much memory, I always say. Now you can handle multiple tasks effortlessly. No app will ever run out of space again. It's just a bit sad it isn't DDR5, otherwise your setup would be much better for the future, but you know what? You can't always get what you want. As someone else mentioned, RAM can act like a super-fast SSD to speed things up. Edited June 15, 2023 by Firepower I realized I might have missed something.

Many people have mentioned the same thing—sell it if you don’t need it. If you haven’t faced memory shortages before (and 32GB is usually plenty), adding this won’t improve performance further.
