Completely new rig is all set. The only thing left is my monitor. My budget is "technically" unlimited, though not really—about $1700 max. I’ve already purchased the case and GPU. Eventually, I plan to build a solid hardline tubing configuration with it.

This cost doesn't cover the memory price either. When I mentioned "water cooling later," I thought it was part of a future plan. Right now, I assumed storage would be included. A full build would show how much space is needed. The Hyper 212 works well for mid-range CPUs—not the 3700x. If you didn't need storage, it would have been better to clarify that.
