It varies by your router. You can link to it by visiting its IP address in a browser (such as Firefox) and logging in. After that, navigate to System > Event Logs. You'll need to know your router's IP and login details.

Press Window+R, type CMD and press enter.
Type ipconfig and press enter.
Around the bottom it will display the default gateway, showing a MAC address and an IP address.
Enter the IP address into your browser.
By default, both the username and password are admin.
If you're using a rented router from your ISP, the process may vary slightly.

No, that's not correct. Every device needs its own distinct address on the same network. However, when you check network settings, the default router IP displayed should match your router's actual IP.
