Thanks for the assistance. I've found more information that my wireless card is causing issues like random cuts and needing a reset to function properly. Many users report the same problem with the ASUS PCE-AC88 model. Caution to potential buyers—don't purchase it!

I own two of these cards and haven’t experienced this problem at all. The one near one of my APs connects at 1.7Gbps stable. The other passes through two walls in the bedroom next to it, reaching the family room and links to my 3x3 MIMO APs at speeds of 900Mbps-1.1Gbps. Both connections remain completely stable. I did encounter latency spikes and drops with a TP-Link Archer T4E AC1200 earlier. Have you tried the suggestion from @Falcon1986 to disable band steering on your Orbi? Splitting your 2.4GHz and 5GHz into separate SSIDs might help. Also, consider disabling Power Management settings via Device Manager, as Windows features can sometimes interfere with adapters.
