My internet keeps disconnecting every 20 minutes for just a few users at a time, clearly caused by gaming. It seems like this break is intentional. My ISP mentioned my connection is full with too many devices. They also said it’s because of the current situation with corona. I’m not sure what to do. It’s really frustrating.

No, there are no data caps applied to your network.

It depends on the situation. It might affect just you or all connected devices.

The issue lies with the router or the ISP; contact their support to check for any problems.

I attempted and they informed me "your connection has too many devices" — they consider it a poor ISP, but there are no other options nearby. My parents believe it's due to congestion, which is absurd since internet doesn't behave that way. If the issue were from high traffic, it would affect everyone, not just drop for a couple of seconds.

Your ISP is your current internet provider, and yes, I can help you obtain a quicker modem if needed.

Svint, a Spanish firm. I had poor ping for three years—150 in the afternoon, then around 500 spikes every half hour for about six months. After an upgrade for five months, things improved for a while, but the last two months have been rough. It’s not common, though. Today was bad, yesterday only once.
