If you're referring to 5GHz WiFi, you need to turn it on through your router's interface. Within the router, locate the WLAN settings and look for two checkboxes: one for 2.4GHz and another for 5GHz. Enable the 5GHz option, set the SSID, and make sure the broadcast SSID is checked. I hope this helps.
