The setup functioned adequately, but results may not be high. If your home power installation is subpar, the signal quality could be significantly lower.

I'm unsure about the exact goal here. It seems like you're looking to swap out a wireless range extender that currently limits your signal strength from 30-35 to 10-20, both for uploads and downloads. Streaming video quality is affected, and you're considering a maximum of 480p for short periods. I don't think this would fully resolve the issue without testing it first.

That's correct, about 20MB/s equals roughly 160 Mbps, which is sufficient for streaming 4K YouTube.
