I concur since administrative benefits are justified.

Hey Linus, I'm working through this problem right now and still want to keep the option open. It looks like I should document what’s happening so the support team can review it, which is why I’m willing to share some proof. My main concern is the warranty—sending you the part right away could affect it, especially since there’s a lot at stake. I’m unsure if returning my current graphics card and getting a replacement would cancel the warranty. I’ll have to wait for their guidance from the seller before responding, but I hope they can help me figure this out. If you need visuals—photos, videos, or anything else—just let me know and I’ll send them over. Thanks a lot for considering this, and I’ll follow up once I have more clarity. P.S. To put things in perspective, the issue seems mostly tied to the graphics card, though I’m not 100% sure. Edited January 16, 2023 by Armok_Tiny

I know this doesn’t seem very polished since I’m in the office right now and can’t capture a better image. I tried launching the game on this PC, and it ran smoothly except for the persistent error message. I shared the screenshot with a friend; if you zoom on the lower right corner, the full details become visible. I didn’t plan to send it initially because I thought it might contain personal information, but now I realize it’s related to a new PC and I don’t have much info about it. Feel free to check it out and see what you find. Also, if anyone wants to know, the game is Rimworld, a colony simulation title. Edited January 16, 2023 by Armok_Tiny

No guarantee is required. You could receive the payment and purchase a different GPU with a new warranty instead.

Never tried to solve that. It looks odd.

You're experiencing the same problem—no solution found yet. Have you tried any fixes so far? The Dell M18 R1 with Nuvidia 4090 shows red text on external monitors connected via Thunderbolt, but not on the laptop itself or in screenshots.

I'm experiencing the same problem with the M16 4090. I was fine on the first day, but started having issues on the second day.

It looks like the issue is resolved. The NVIDIA drive was updated and the problem vanished.
