that's a b die in hand, matching 3200 cl14, not junk. those 3200 cl16 or 3600 cl18 garbage rams don't add value. dominators and royals are overrated—no point buying them when a 3200 cl14/3600 cl16 (16-16-16) bin covers it. with enough voltage (~1.7v), you'll get better performance from subzero cooling than spending on expensive tridentz royals. sadly, dual rank is tough to run on most boards. unless you have a top-tier OC board like b550 unify (x)/b550 aorus master, you'll struggle to hit more than 4200 on a dual rank setup—this won't offset the slowdown from desync fclk. I recommend pushing fclk higher; there might be some voltage tweaks that boost its clock speed. Maybe try running at 1.65-1.75v and see if cl13 works?

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll apply them moving forward. The tuning appears to be functioning well. I've got OCCT AVX2 at 95% availability right now and plan to test RAM by running Warzone.
