Typically BIOS no longer supports full turbo across all cores, and many won’t let BCLK exceed 103 MHz. You might safely stick to 102-102.5, but this can impact system stability, especially with NVMe SSDs or XMP RAM. At 102x43 you’re not gaining much more than 100 MHz. Based on what I’ve seen, it’s better to avoid the trouble. Just adjust the maximum power limit in BIOS to around 4096 and it should run smoothly.
Just checked with the seller—price is 8700K. Ready to decide if you should go ahead.
Consider purchasing a more efficient cooler for your I7. Right now you're using an XILENCE CPU cooler, which isn't performing well. Even though you haven't experienced high temperatures on the I3, upgrading to a better cooler for the I7 would be a smart move.
