Consider your main goal: streaming CS GO. Weigh the performance needs versus budget. For streaming, a dedicated PC with strong specs usually wins, but if you're on a tighter budget, combining components can work. The GTX 1060 + i7 setup offers solid performance for streaming, while the high-end combo gives more power but costs more. Test both options to see which fits your needs best.

I’d choose a solid single PC. Ryzen would be a better pick because of its higher core count, which helps with both streaming and gaming simultaneously.

Your gaming PC works just fine for streaming, but if you're planning to upgrade, I'd recommend a Ryzen processor. It offers better performance at a more affordable price, especially for streaming purposes.

One can't afford it, particularly when just three viewers are watching your broadcast.

if you already have another rig ready, it's a great choice, particularly when your streaming setup makes the expense of a capture card straightforward. however, as we discussed earlier, for newcomers to streaming, the added cost, space needs (think two towers with displays, keyboards, and mice), and setup effort don't justify the boost in production quality.

You already own two computers, so having two systems is fine. Deciding whether to buy a capture card or sell both depends on your needs. A capture card can streamline workflows between the two, but selling both might give you more resources for a stronger setup. Consider what you value most: flexibility with multiple screens or a consolidated, high-performance system.

I’m not sure about creating another one since it takes a lot of time. I think it’s better to decide between a new powerful PC or using the current setup with a capture card. If a new option really stands out, I’d go for it.

Unless you possess a large sum of money to upgrade both systems, one will perform better. If you aren’t earning thousands each month from streaming, perhaps it’s time to cut back on expenses.
