Compare Gmail and Outlook to decide if a switch is wise.
I can likely configure Gmail to connect with Outlook, which is why I chose to use more Gmail. Both tools are quite strong. I’ve planned to switch my emails for a couple of weeks, but it will be tricky for my phone afterward.
I'm currently using Gmail but would switch to Outlook if it weren't for its age—when you needed an invitation code for the beta. I dislike Gmail; the interface feels outdated and clunky. Managing threads with many replies is difficult. Outlook.com looks more appealing to me. In the end, I mostly rely on clients to handle my emails, so the service I choose doesn't significantly change. Still, Gmail doesn't offer any clear benefits that stand out to me anymore. They're essentially the same now.
