Consider switching to Gmail if you value fewer spam messages and better integration with your existing tools like Microsoft Office Online. It works well on Windows 10 and offers seamless connections to Google services. Your current Outlook setup has its advantages, but Gmail’s features might suit your needs more. What do you think? How do you currently manage your emails?

Currently, I rely on Gmail for all my needs and store everything where I can reach it easily.

I usually recommend using your existing email system, though I have a concern: it generates far less spam compared to Gmail. (Hotmail tends to be more problematic.)

I've never received spam on my live address like other Outlook accounts. I'd stick with Outlook unless you need extra help on Android.

My Google account is extremely outdated—I used it long before I realized that 123456 wasn’t a secure password.

Last year I began receiving unwanted messages about fashion and medicine.

I think there is a way to automatically forward all your emails to your gmail, try using that for a week or 2, see if you like it.

I use Outlook for work and university communications, while keeping my personal and important items on Gmail. Both are functional, but Gmail is easier to access. You could set up an auto-forwarding rule in Outlook so all incoming emails go to your Gmail account, combining the best of both systems.

I’m getting familiar with Gmail and using it daily for my contacts. All my email services are now moving there.
