Check if a Gigabyte chip is suitable for your 3200MHz kit running at 3600MHz.
They both perform well as boards. Choose based on aesthetics, cost, or features like extra USB ports. Keep in mind that memory overclocking involves more than just the motherboard. At these frequencies (3200, 3600MHz), issues might stem from the ICs in your memory modules and/or your CPU's memory controller if you couldn't achieve them on an older board.
I tried two distinct kits, but neither worked well. Just to be sure, will the chip hit at least 3600 MHz?
