I've really enjoyed Far Cry 4 and I don't have a hardline, so I have to mention Far Cry 4.
BF:H will offer greater chances to replay, while FC4 seems more enjoyable right now (just keep in mind I'm only on the BF:H beta).
I purchased BFH last week and struggled to play for just 30 minutes. Far Cry 4 is my recommendation.
Hardline is merely an additional content pack sold at full price. It lacks genuine combat vehicles, the weapon setup remains unchanged, and it offers little originality. It seems more practical to purchase BF4 at a lower cost.
Hardline is a "B" team match and even during the beta period, popular players used the same well-known bf4 aimbots to gauge how much progress the game offers. Farcry 4 is simply an entertaining go nuts experience with many possible strategies. Just a few days after its launch, Hardline was already selling for around $35. If you're into both games at a reasonable price, you might find good deals if you act quickly.
