Ensure the chipset drivers are installed. Oddyssey consumes a lot of CPU power, so it’s best to skip that game. My R5 3600 still struggles, likely due to RAM and CPU limits. Consider lowering graphics settings like shadows, reflections, draw distance, SAO, motion blur, and depth of field.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a try. Also, look at that video my shadowplay recorded during a GTA V session (this is exactly what it looks like):

Thanks for the feedback. I believe I've figured it out. The main issue was my HDD being too slow. The second point was that my RAM clocked at 3000Mhz while my CPU only supported 2666Mhz. The third factor was the NVIDIA Shadowplay Instant Replay feature. I'm considering getting an M.2 SSD soon and would appreciate any advice! Thanks to everyone who assisted.
