You can turn on EFI operating systems in your UEFI by checking the relevant configuration options in your BIOS/UEFI settings. It’s not overly complicated and usually doesn’t affect performance much. The impact depends on your hardware and software setup, but it’s generally a straightforward adjustment.

OSX needs special setup for older hardware, which is why it doesn’t run well there. Switching to EFI mode versus legacy booting should be covered in the user guide.

I might require your help again since my audio isn't functioning properly. Please keep me online for a bit longer.

@STRMfrmXMN So yeah, what do I do now? Do I need to reboot or something? Installed the ALC887 thing using the audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0r10.command but still, nothing, no sound, nothing listed in System Preferences.

You can locate these configurations in the app's menu or settings section, depending on the platform you're using.

Press Open Spotlight with Command/Windows Key + spacebar and enter "MIDI." Select the appropriate source—DAC (digital analog converter) or your onboard audio, unless you're using a PCI, USB, or optical sound solution. It's a good idea to restart before proceeding, but test all audio options first.

Have you restarted your system? Some users suggest using Multibeast injection if you're having issues. If possible, revert any recent changes and try Multibeast. If that fails, consider starting fresh with the simpler Unibeast+Multibeast approach, skipping Clover entirely and focusing on injecting special kexts or resolving iMessage problems.
