During startup, Chrome uses around 50% CPU. After closing the task in Task Manager, it works fine. This process runs separately from the main Google Chrome process, operating as a distinct one. Chrome is built on Chromium, and Edge is also from Chromium. The main distinction lies in how they run and their implementation details.
