Just wrapped up Witcher 3 about a month back, I’ve been playing it nonstop since then. Now I’m tempted to jump back into Sid Meir’s Civs, which isn’t ideal with work commitments. (Two days off feel too tight for one session and paperwork piles up) I’m searching for something I can enjoy for hours during my free time. Maybe Fallout 4 or Wolfenstein? Got any ideas? (Honestly, I prefer games that’ve been around a year or more—avoiding the hassle of new releases that often don’t live up to expectations.)

I didn’t really enjoy Wolfenstein much, though mods can help. My choice leans toward neither, but you might be interested in Dragon’s Dogma or SOMA.

You're thinking of Syrim, right? It's worth checking out for around five dollars.

I've loved Fallout since the early days, and while I was all in for it, I still think it could have been better. Go Wolfenstein is actually a solid shooter with enough story to keep things interesting and solid mechanics when it launched.

Thank you for your feedback. I managed to play Witcher at 1024p with 50 fps on medium settings. I believe my setup could handle higher performance. I’m fine with lower settings in Fallout.
