1080P 144hz is my goal, the main benefit of Intel is small but present. I don’t play games or browse porn at once, I focus on tasks individually. SMT doesn’t matter to me, I don’t produce any content.

No vendor has suggested a 9600K compared to a 3600 or any other specs. I’m unsure what point you’re making, but the 3600 seems to be the stronger choice now and moving forward. EDIT: Updated December 27, 2019 by Shahnewaz
