It would have been easier if it worked consistently across many processors, but performance drops at specific frequencies—voltage can't compensate anymore.

Obtain 3600MTs XMP for ease; it functions properly and you can fine-tune as needed. A 4400 might lack suitable XMP support, forcing manual tweaks to timing and subtimings. Use 3600MTs CL14 for the standard profile. Manual adjustments will quickly exhaust memory controller capacity. Purchasing a kit exceeding 3600CL14 on Zen3 is pointless, regardless of funds.

You can't reduce the memory controller due to the CPU's limitations. If possible, consider increasing the clock speed to 3733 MHz or 4000 MHz, though that may not be feasible.

Find a working XMP profile—then everything will work smoothly. RAM faster than the clock frequency can’t be used without mismatched frequencies, which hurts performance on Ryzen chips. I think it's unnecessary to spend a lot on purely visual RGB RAM when there are more affordable choices that match the same performance. Or perhaps opt for slightly pricier models with improved timing and better looks.
