If single-threaded speed matters most, the Ryzen 700p looks disappointing. Promises a 15% boost over the 5000 series... yet the 12th-gen model offers a 30% increase compared to the 5000 series. Even with these numbers, it still falls short.

She seems more inclined toward getting back at someone rather than confronting them directly. It’s likely they’re saving their strongest move for a later time. Of course, it could also be that 7000 is just a test case.

It seems upgrading won't be quick enough compared to the latest models. I think it might take a while before it makes sense.

It seems they hinted at a lower-end CPU line at Computex. So far, Su tends to wait for competitors to announce first before jumping in. But honestly, I’m sticking to my usual caution with new tech. I really hope Intel doesn’t rely on obscure applications for their benchmarks again. Side note: PCIe 4 might struggle to last just a couple more years in desktop PCs.

It will take some time before PCIe5 becomes useful. You don’t need to stress too much if your system supports PCIe 4.
