The price isn't ideal because AMD's x299 CPUs aren't a strong value, and you might find a stronger Ryzen setup for the same cost. The 18-core 9980Xe falls short compared to the 16-core 3950X in performance across all areas.

It's actually quite impressive, but you don't have to rely on HEDT anymore for performance. The AM4 handles everything efficiently. The real strength comes from the platform itself, which is a remarkable piece of engineering.

Hi there. It’s not advisable to purchase an LGA 2066 setup for an ITX configuration. Consider using an ITX X570 or even an ITX X470 board with AM4.

Instead of building a PC around the motherboard, focus on selecting the core components such as the CPU and graphics card first, then choose the motherboard and RAM to match them.
