I choose Avast mainly for its cost and appearance. It also functions well.

I wouldn't suggest either option, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with Avast. Norton seems to be problematic on its own... consider a solid anti-malware solution like Bitdefender instead.

I use Avast Premier, Malwarebytes Premium and SecureAPlus, and it's worked well so far.

I also use Norton. Personally, I haven't encountered any false virus reports, which is different from what others say.
