I had a discussion with my friend recently about antiviruses. He believed Norton was superior to Avast and that it had been useful in various situations. I’m still unsure, so I wanted your opinion. Which one do you think performs better? Appreciate your advice!

Norton is the top choice without any doubt, though it has quite a few requirements. (Word not in English.) EDIT: In Greek: Είναι πιό βαρύ το Norton απο το Avast αλλά είναι καθαρρικό. @ woox

Norton offers strong protection but can slow down your system significantly. For smoother operation, consider Avast! as a more efficient alternative.

This option seems more challenging. I favor Avast for this reason. It performs adequately.

Norton is extremely bothersome. No matter how useful it might be, it feels overly intrusive and bothersome. It interferes with most activities and repeatedly prompts you to confirm you’re completely sure before turning it off.

Avast shines when you genuinely need a fully functional machine with no restrictions. Still, the top antivirus remains unquestionably solid common sense.

I rely on AVG and Avast! because they perform better than the outdated Norton 1-year plan that came with my computer.

Avast is complimentary and improves performance in my opinion. When paired with a Comodo firewall, there have been no problems encountered.
