The most recent bridge bios would be suitable.
V 7 and v 3.5 are both bridge bios.

For safety, I’d try the earlier one first. I previously owned the AsRock ab350 pro 4. It’s a similar model to yours, and you were looking to flash the older version at that time.

Sorry for the delayed response, thank you all! I'll proceed with 5700X, tower air-cooler, and two 120mm fans in the front of the case. For the BIOS, I intend to follow the safest path as recommended by Asrock: load default settings, update All-In-One drivers, and adjust the BIOS settings from 2.40 to 3.40, then 5.40, 7.00, 7.40, 10.08.

To ensure you have the correct chipset drivers, please refer to the downloads page for AMD chipsets at the provided link. I'm not sure where I am, but Adrenalin is connected to the GPU from AMD that you don't use now.
