No. Not the Realbench benchmark. The Realbench stress test. There are possibilities to conduct separate evaluations within Realbench, and they serve distinct purposes. Still, they share similarities to some extent but in various forms.
I confirm there are numerous highly skilled engineers and top-level overclockers who strongly oppose your view that Realbench is just a Cinebench version and that Prime95 offers superior results. Prime95 excels at evaluating memory setups and CPU stability to a limited extent, making it the optimal choice for thermal compliance checks. However, it doesn’t surpass Realbench in overall stability assessment. "Better" or any alternative label implies something different.

It is recommended to allow the app to run overnight to confirm its stability.

Mainly yes.
Begin before bedtime and revisit it in the morning.

Could you clarify if you mean whether Prime95 by itself is sufficient for a stress test, or if you're asking about its adequacy in such a context?

Thanks for the suggestion. Is ASUS RealBench a viable substitute?
