I don't rely on Windows. The command "dmidecode --type 17" in the Linux terminal shows my drives are operating at 2133MT/s (Mh/s). My RAM is 2666, yet I can't push it beyond 2133. When using just one drive, it reaches 2433, then the other drops to 2133. That means one drive is affecting the other. I'd prefer 16GB at 2133 than 8GB at 2433. I'm planning to get the Corsair vengeance LPX 3000 at cl15 soon. Just saying, I've always used Corsair RAM before this Kingston model. Never experienced any issues with them.
