Even at 1.15 it's still facing the same problem... I have no idea what's wrong. Mobo... or the processor... or both the RAM kits I tried and they were all the same.

It's currently at 3200, but after several attempts—some by accident and others by chance—it worked. Each time I access RAM or reset the BIOS, I have to go through this frustrating process.

Changed VCCIO and SA settings. Increased RAM voltage slightly.
