Hey everyone, just a quick update after a couple of weeks of contacting the ISP. I finally got a resolution after persistent calls. The local supervisor from the ISP came by and thanked me for reporting the issue—initially I was a bit confused. He explained that my own router was causing all the session drops and lag, likely due to overheating. After a few days, they confirmed the problem should be fixed right away. The connection has been stable for about a week now, and both the modem and firmware are working properly.
