The temperature and voltage readings are likely tucked away on the side. I checked my BIOS and found a way to click the expand bar to reveal them. There’s an arrow on the right for expanding or collapsing.

Amazon usually advises returning items to receive a refund, even though I didn’t request one. I’ve been lucky with Amazon sometimes they shipped extra SSDs when I only paid for one. I also received a free i7 4770K and GTX 1070. When this happens, it’s something I’ll remember. Ups hasn’t updated the tracking info either.

I've faced some issues with returns not being clear. They often didn't ask for a return until much later, and sometimes even after weeks they just said it wasn't a problem. There was one case where a monitor I ordered for $130 ended up being a Walker meant for the elderly. The shipping label and Amazon sticker on the box said it was the monitor, but it was actually a walker. I reached out and they gave me a $10 credit, sent a replacement, and suggested donating or reselling the walker. It turned into a $200 walker, which I sold on Facebook Marketplace for $160. They usually make sure to tell you to send it back in chat, and when you get a refund or replacement label, you're ready to go. When they didn't ask for a return, I never had to deal with it again.
