watch the video you sent at 16:00. The quality gap between x264 slow and nvenc is noticeable now. Slow isn't significantly better than medium, so you can see the differences on the same rate. The way people use Netflix Tester seems misleading, even though they're well-known. In many cases I've shown, there are clear variations.
