I constructed it on my own, yes.

We can likely eliminate that possibility, though a brownout or power issue might have affected it. Your old graphics card wouldn’t function either. Other ideas—would you try the 3070 in another system? The problem could be with the card itself, and I’ve already had to return a new one from Amazon.

The monitor isn't responding after I adjusted the power button on the case.

They might have chosen a 300-watt Dell POS instead if they didn't have a 1,000-watt Corsair.

Do you have a second monitor available or would you like me to request one? A low-quality 1080p screen is acceptable for testing the connection.

I've used my old 60Hz monitor with a single HDMI connection, but it didn't work. I also tried connecting my TV, but nothing displayed. No output from either port has functioned.

All systems linked, power outlets removed, confirmed display port connection correctly, monitor displays only black with no output.

I don’t have a USB drive to use for booting. The issue is that the orange light on the bottom right isn’t turning off, and even if it did start up, I wouldn’t be able to view anything.

Well, it seems the reset feature isn't functioning properly. It looks like I swapped one issue for another; I didn’t expect this. The rest button activated the PC before I fixed the power switch, but I couldn’t turn it off using the power button itself. I was only able to shut it down by disconnecting the power supply. This might be because my panel connectors weren’t set up correctly, though I hope that’s not related.
