In short, you have a Ryzen 3 1200 and want to switch to a Ryzen 5 3600. After updating your BIOS and changing the CPUs, the system won’t boot. It seems the issue might be with the CPU itself or compatibility. Also, the VGA debug light appears when using the Ryzen 5 3600. Help needed Smile

I have the identical setup and it functions properly. I’m also a former Ryzen 3 1200 user who switched to a B350M Bazooka and upgraded to the 3600 in January last year.

i also have the beta bios because msi hasn't released or maybe won't even release an official one. otherwise, everything is fine. the benchmark scores i see are almost identical to what they're releasing. i've been using it since january and haven't faced any issues except for some inconsistent voltages. i think op fixed that already lol.

I tested the 3600 on a B450 and noticed those unpredictable voltage spikes you talked about. Now I’m moving to an x570 Prime Pro, and I’m giving the B450 Tomahawk to my dad for his office computer.
