I downloaded the BIOS from the provided link but it didn’t update properly. I also tried the latest version, but nothing changed. I own a B350M bazooka and really value your assistance.

Did you save your BIOS information from that link? If not, where did you obtain it? I spent the entire day yesterday trying to locate it and it’s really frustrating and stressful.

I saved it from the MSI B350m bazooka help section. I don't know if it's the exact same version.

I'll attempt to reboot your system to the original version and reinstall the updated one.

I restored the BIOS with a screwdriver to connect the JBAT pins before updating, and after that I reinstalled the BIOS and my computer started working fine with the old CPU. Then I reset the BIOS again using the screwdriver and installed the new CPU, but the screen still didn’t show anything. I observed an unusual behavior: when I powered on the machine, the graphics card fan began spinning, then stopped, followed by the VGA EZ debug light turning on, after which the fan restarted and the light faded away before returning while the fans continued running. Nothing changed.

I could just send it back and place an order for 2600... but my main goal is to make it work.

Attempt to replace the component. Apply the latest BIOS update, power on for roughly two minutes. If no response occurs, return it for a replacement. It might have been a dead CPU, or possibly a faulty one since your previous unit still functions. On my system I used an R3 1200, updated the BIOS, swapped it out for an R5 3600, and started it without resetting the BIOS using a screwdriver.
