Your system runs an i5-13600K and you're monitoring temps in Helldrivers 2 with Core Temp. It looks like the temperatures are within normal ranges for that hardware.

Seems like idle temperatures are within acceptable ranges... the most important thing is load temperatures.

They display elevated load temperature readings in the Max column. @jdhue What type of processing demand was active there?

Thanks for the clarification. I'm looking at the screenshot and the first reply. What's more impressive are you utilizing? I might try something like Prime95 to thoroughly test the CPU performance.

It's a SilentiumPC Spartan 5 MAX. You might not want Prime95—it feels a bit advanced for beginners... around 22-25°C is fine.

It's not a difficult program to execute. I'm not sure what the issues are specifically, but I'd prefer using the smallest FFTs for the task.

It’s not necessarily bad if the maximum temperature is high; it depends on the context and safety measures in place.

A significant temperature gap exists between Core 3 and Core 13. Prime95 is being applied to ensure proper cooling of the CPU. Another option is Cinebench, which serves as a suitable stress test.
