I continued playing Helldrivers 2. Initially, my PC case took about five minutes to power on, which likely caused the strange minimum temperature I’m seeing. After about forty minutes of a single mission, is this normal? I’ve set my cooler to run at maximum RPM.

Tell me about the remaining specifications and the case you're using. Your CPU is reaching its peak heat, does it have thermal paste applied to the CPU?

Achieving 100°C in games isn't ideal. The Spartan 5 MAX offers a single-tower, budget-friendly cooler. I suggest considering a dual-tower setup from Thermalright or an all-in-one cooler. For example: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/hYxRsY/...a120-se-d3. Before purchasing, it's wise to check reviews like Godlygamer23's for details on airflow and performance.

Beside it's RTX 4070 SUPER, PATRIOT 32 GB RAM and mobo is GIGABYTE B660M Gaming X DDR4. PC case is SILENTIUMPC Regnum RG6V TG, sometimes pc fans doesn't start and turn on in mid using PC. And yeah, paste is present. okay, i guess I will have to change cooler. Just asking, would Endorfy Fortis 5 also be enough?

It looks like a more robust cooler might actually run a bit cooler, though dual-tower setups could help with heat dissipation. In the Kitguru review, a 360mm Arctic AIO typically reaches around 8-9°C lower temps. However, the case's airflow might not be ideal.

It's a big no for me to use a liquid cooler like this one. I like having something I can install myself. Between the SilentiumPC Fortis 5 and the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120, I’d go with the latter. It seems to offer decent airflow too. My setup has three fans front and one back on the PC, and the only issue is that the fans don’t spin when I power it up, though I’m not sure why after a while.

Peerless Assassin could benefit from slight improvements, maybe a couple of degrees higher. In games where temperatures hit 100°C, the Thermalright cooler may even face challenges if installation or paste application isn't done properly. Proper mounting and paste work are essential.

No, one of the best. But 13th and 14th gen CPUs can get quite hot. 13600K is not the hottest of the 13-14th gen but still hot.
