I powered on my gaming PC a year ago and everything functioned normally. But with the wallpaper engine, there was a brief moment when it displayed those classic GPU black dots before switching. Opening the browser worked briefly, but I was about to open a tab when the mouse jittered and the screen went dark. Peripherals stopped working, and the system remained inactive. After shutdown, the fans stayed on but didn’t spin up. When I booted again via UEFI, it started. Is my 3090 FE showing signs of trouble? It’s been around three years.

It's an MSI 850W model that’s older than most components, likely because my previous setup didn’t have enough power. The motherboard is an Aorus Z790 Elite AX, paired with an i7-13700K. I have an AIO cooler that’s 360mm and a 3090 Fe with 64GB of RAM in TeamGroup DDR5-6400 configuration. In BIOS it listed the boot manager as an option, suggesting it’s still functional. It was built in July last year, but the 3090 Fe was repurposed from another build.
