Intel has released several fixes for their CPU, including significant updates. Make sure to update the BIOS on the motherboard. Perform a CPU diagnostic to verify the processor is functioning properly. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...-tool.html Remove the wallpaper engine temporarily to assess performance. Stress-test the GPU using Furmark for roughly ten minutes. https://geeks3d.com/furmark/

Start with scf/scannow and DISM tools, then reboot and verify stability. If issues persist, reinstall Windows from a USB drive—backup your data first. These problems aren’t linked to the GPU; it seems the Windows setup failed.

The voltage issue seems correct. I believe the microcode update resolved it, so I’ll attempt that tool. For the SFC, it doesn’t seem to function properly this time. I tried to recreate the black dots but it didn’t work.

Run the scan using sfc /scannow to check system health. If issues are found, proceed with the second scan to fix them. For Windows installations, third scan is recommended if problems persist.

I attempted but didn’t locate anything; I’ll proceed with an in-place upgrade if the test confirms nothing.

Avoid the in-place upgrade, it often leaves remnants behind. Back up your crucial files, convert the Windows 11 ISO to a USB drive using Rufus, and perform a clean install from the USB. Upgrades usually leave behind issues, so this isn’t the ideal solution for resolving these problems.
