I don't have any issues with your situation—just a feeling that it seemed like modding Steam games would be straightforward before, until you realized where to find everything. In some cases, it turns out to be different, especially after checking CLEO compatibility for GTA 3. Steam still has problems now. I wouldn't want to waste money on a game only to discover that half of my desired mods won't work. While I'm okay with single-player, the main reason I bought those games was for their mod support and replay features. Testing mods and placing them correctly is currently out of reach for me.
