It's no longer in my home, so I hand it over to those who know. From what they mentioned, it seems the motherboard or the RAM sticks are damaged... they'll inform me about what caused the issue and the repair cost.

Have you considered adjusting the dimmer settings?
What does "dimms" mean?
Move the RAM sticks into different slots, start with just one in the first slot, and if that doesn’t work try others at different times.
When Intel Extreme tuning asked me to reboot, I agreed. The PC shut down completely and restarted without any monitor signal—it felt like a forced shutdown. That’s really strange.

who did you take it too? i think the board and ram might have failed. the cmos ship could be damaged. what is the make / model of the computer?
