This unit converts fiber into Ethernet or coaxial connections. Other providers, such as AT&T, use a combined ONT and router setup that can't be swapped out. You'll need to contact your ISP for assistance. For clarity, poor customer service is a common issue worldwide. The only telecom I've had positive experiences with is T Mobile USA; otherwise, it's quite difficult.
