Can't reach BIOS, system starts normally to OS

The issue seems resolved, but I encountered AA after turning on the PC. It displayed 02 and then a black screen. After restarting, the BIOS wasn't visible and the screen didn’t prompt for deletion. The file mentioned was 20210517_150810.mp4.

ram isn't set up correctly. There should be an empty space between them. Ideally, the farthest slot from the CPU should be filled first, then the one to the left with one slot remaining. So if the closest slot is number 1, put the memory in slots 2 and 4.

Do you connect your monitor via DisplayPort? Certain motherboards may not set it up properly, preventing the BIOS from showing a splash screen.

regrettably nothing altered, I didn't expect it since it was set up that way before. It's a bit frustrating now that after resetting the BIOS by taking out the battery, my RAM dropped to 2133MHz.
